OMG...These are probably one of the tastiest treats I have ever made!
I love a tasty treat, and if consumed in moderation, these truffles are the perfect Slimming World friendly sweet treat or dessert.
The best thing about these truffles is that they are SO easy to make as well.
If you love Lotus Biscoff spread, then these are definitely for you. Made with only a few ingredients, so they are impossible to get wrong!

Slimming Friendly Lotus Biscoff Truffles Recipe

You will need:
100g Lotus Biscuits, crushed into crumbs
3tbsp Quark
50g White Chocolate
1 tsp Lotus spread
Dash vanilla essence
3tbsp Quark
50g White Chocolate
1 tsp Lotus spread
Dash vanilla essence
Method:
Mix the crushed biscuits and Quark together in a bowl, with a dash of vanilla essence.
Roll the mixture into small balls, I made 23 out of this mix.
Put balls in the fridge to set for 20 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate and add in 1 tsp of Lotus Biscoff spread.
Dip the truffles in the white chocolate, then lay out on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the truffles with leftover biscuit crumbs, and place in the fridge again to set.
